The core of our work at RPfT involves facilitating or co-facilitating training programmes. Our team is made up of a diverse range of highly experienced actor/facilitators with a wide knowledge of behavioural models, learning theory and psychometric tools.
How we facilitate is driven by your needs. We can deliver end to end programmes, so you can just focus on the learning goals, or present individual sessions that form part of a wider programme. Alongside traditional facilitation we use a wide range of experiential, drama based training methods, including Forum Theatre and Skills Practice.
