Drama based training is one of the most effective methods of achieving positive and long lasting behavioural change within your organisation. RPfT has over 30 years of experience providing pre-designed and bespoke drama-based training. Here you’ll see we use a range of different drama based techniques to deliver on your learning objectives, while providing a fun and impactful experience for participants.

How We Can Support You

Our clients come to us for training support at all stages of the design process. Most typically, our clients are from learning and development departments or from training and management consultancies who are working for an end client. 

There are a number of ways we can collaborate with you. We can:

  • Create training programmes from scratch, based on your bespoke requirements
  • Work in collaboration with you to create a unique programme
  • Providing actor/facilitators to deliver your pre-written programme
  • Deliver our pre-designed virtual masterclasses on urgent topics for your participants
  • Tweak one of our virtual masterclasses to best suit your audience (even with pre-designed training we guarantee adjustments to ensure the best fit for your individual purposes)

We are happy to engage with clients and potential clients at all stages of the design process. We particularly welcome being involved early on in the development of a programme. Out team has a great deal of knowledge and experience on how drama based training works best and how it can be used most effectively. 

We always:

  • Allocate dedicated project managers who will provide a single point of contact and build a long-term working relationship with you
  • Carefully select and rigorously train all our actor/facilitators to meet our high standards. They are well briefed, highly professional and work with trainers and clients in a friendly, business focused way
  • Provide a high level of customer service to ensure you know exactly what is going on at every stage of the contract
  • Actively solicit and welcome feedback from you to ensure we are meeting your needs and providing the best possible service
